Daniel Kästli, co-founder of wyrd.io helps organisations strengthen collaboration, align culture, and build strengths-based leadership using modern approaches of positive psychology. Daniel drives the product vision and organisational development at wyrd.io. With a background in product development, business consulting, and customer success leadership, he has helped companies grow from idea to scale. At Frontify, Daniel led customer success and built international teams across New York, London, and St. Gallen, contributing to the business's growth and scaling to over $35M in ARR. Prior to Frontify, Daniel co-founded Spontacts, a leisure-time social platform later acquired by Scout24 Group and worked as a senior consultant for Digital Transformation at Namics (Merkle), advising companies on digital and mobile innovation strategies. He holds a Master of Science in Computing from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is currently completing an Executive MBA at Aalto University, Helsinki.
