Gionni is a senior leader with over a decade of experience in digital transformation for financial service companies. He also has extensive international experience having worked and lived in Italy, Czech Republic, Brazil, Vietnam, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. Currently Gionni is leading the integration of Credit Suisse for Analytics and Sales Platforms and recently became Crew Product Lead for Analytics Platforms (4 levels below the Group Executive Board).

He started the Executive MBA at Cambridge University in 2023 (completion in April 2025). This experience has completely changed his outlook on career and life in general and gifted him with very close friendships and business partnerships.
