Francisco da Silva is an investment banking professional with more than 15 years of experience, currently working at the European Investment Bank (EIB), also known as the Climate Bank. He works on the definition and implementation of the operational strategy of the EIB Group and previously was an investment manager focused on originating and executing venture debt deals with tech scale ups across Europe. Prior to joining the EIB, Francisco specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions, working in several buy- and sell-side mandates, including cross-border transactions. Francisco holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Masters in Finance and a degree in Economics.
