Stéphane Mondoloni
Outcome Leader for NAS Concepts, Architecture, and Integration at MITRE, IESE GEMBA'22
More than 20 years in the Aviation industry with a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering from MIT, MBA, over 50 publications, Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, Associate Fellow of AIAA, Member of VFS, and Technical Advisor to ICAO expert groups.
I’ve built flight and air traffic simulations, path-planning optimization tools for decision support, and even a NASA automation prototype that led to software for flight tests. These personal achievements led me to become an engineering leader of a corporate R&D team, participate in strategic planning, lead and present winning technical proposals, and head strategic initiatives reporting to the COO, then president of a company that grew out of small-business status from 30 to 230 employees.
