I grew up in Bangladesh and since an early age, I was captivated by how large non-profits harnessed technologies like mobile phones to address personal, social, and business challenges. This fascination drove me to explore how technology and innovative business models could transform societies.

After completing my Bachelor’s in Business Administration, I seized the opportunity to travel to Norway. There, I joined one of Europe and Asia’s largest telecom operators as part of the AIESEC trainee program. Over the years, I gained experience working in telecommunications, media/cable TV, and BPO working in two of the largest telecom operators.

Notably, I was recognized as one of the top 40 Leadership Talents with an immigrant background in Norway by Kapital magazine. My passion for economic access led me to a FinTech start-up focused on facilitating credit for SMEs. Our success culminated in winning the best startup award at “The Factory,” Norway’s premier Accelerator program.

Armed with a global perspective, I embarked on an Executive MBA journey at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. As a recent graduate with Honors, I remain committed to advancing economic freedom through strategic leadership and execution in the financial services industry—from payments to pensions.
